This is a selection of reviews kindly sent to us by Penguin owners over the years, we think the best way to make a decision about a product is to hear from people who use them themselves. A warm thank to every customer who has ever sent us feedback, we love hearing from you. If you would like to send us a review please click here or send us an email hello@chillipenguin.co.uk or message on social media. We chose a selection that represents the different aspects of why people choose and love their Penguins, both on this page and on our social media. We hope you find this helpful.

Our penguin stoves have been a real success with our guests and one set of our Christmas guests cooked a roast gammon when they arrived, a stuffed turkey breast and all the trimmings on Christmas Day and a beef roast with Yorkshire puddings on boxing day and loved it!

“What fantastic UK stove company. We have been supplying and installing Chilli Penguin stoves for just over 18 months and they are amazing. Any questions we might have the staff are very helpful and they have an amazing product. We look forward to supplying many more in the future!!!”

Woody Multi-Fuel

The lovely Tom at Deco Heat, Tongwynlais fitted my Chilli Woody multi-fuel today and I am THRILLED with it! My open plan front room is the warmest it has ever been. I love the fact that my new burner is Welsh – well done, a diolch yn fawr, bawb!

One satisfied Welsh customer.

Just had our installed by Alex at Southwest Fireplaces Wells. Excellent job by them btw. John really good on the selling/admin front too.

And love the stove.

A great install from the team at Taltrees and it was our friends in Scotland ho recommended your stoves initially. I love her (the stove) and have called her Betsy ❤️.
We lovee it so much we had a second one installed in our snug… goodbye old stove, hello Fubsy. As we were replacing a stove in this room we really noticed the difference in efficiency. The old stove would happily eat a basket of logs in a night whereas the Fubsy needs about 8 logs.. win win!

Love our Chillis.

“I ordered a set of fire bricks for my Penguin Woody log burner which arrived within a couple of days. I was very happy with the service and very much appreciated the little card enclosed with the welsh translation from English, it was a lovely touch. So it’s hwyl fawr from me.”

Spares purchase

“I would like to thank all involved in helping me with the issue I had with my stove. The brackets made for me, have fixed the issue and 3 days in are still going strong.
The customer service I have received is the best by far I have ever dealt with and wish more companies were like yours.”
