    Single fire bricks for the following models:-

    • Woody preEcoDesign (Pre Sept 2017) called preEco 17
    • Woody preEcoDesign (Sept 2017 – June 2020) called preEco 20

     

    There are 5 vermiculite bricks in a Woody 5kW non-Eco range, you can purchase them individually or in a set:

    • left side
    • right side
    • left rear
    • right rear
    • throat plate

    There are two possible sets of bricks depending on the year of production, refer to the diagrams and measurements in the “additional information” tab, to identify the bricks that you require. If you have an Ecodesign Woody, these bricks are listed under Woody Eco, (Woody Eco cat/Woody Eco multi fuel).

    Single fire bricks for the Woody (pre-Ecodesign version).  There are 5 vermiculite bricks in a Woody, you can purchase them individually or in a set: left side, right side, rear left, rear right and throat plate brick, (fitting advice under: products, spare parts, on the website)

    If you are not sure if your Woody is Ecodesign or not, look at the handle. The original Woody, that is not Ecodesign has an external handle latch on the body of the stove. On the Ecodesign Woody the mechanism is hidden, only a slot is visible.

    1.  Dispatch times

    We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days, except over our two holiday periods every year, when we are not fully staffed. We will do our very best to meet these dates if items are in stock. Our holiday dates will be advertised well in advance, usually during early August and late December. Our last order date for pre Christmas deliveries is usually close to the 15th December.

    2.  Shipping costs

    We ship within the UK only. Shipping costs are calculated automatically for you depending on weight and postal area. You may be offered different shipping options depending on your postcode  and the parcel weight. Paint aerosols have particular shipping requirements and cost slightly more to ship.

    3. Returns

    If there is any problem with a product  please contact us by phone or email. If an item needs to be returned, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Items must be returned within 21 days of delivery.
