We have 2 door types – to identify yours please check the inside of the main fire door; cast doors will have our brand name on the lower left side,  whereas steel will be blank.

Steel doors are manufactured with 2 panes of glass. Unless both are damaged you can replace a single pane. If you require both panes, please choose the Double option.

    Glass for the main door (254 mm x 275 mm) with glass installation kit.

    Included in the option for Steel Door – Single:

    – x1 glass pane
    – a length of pre-cut and joined glass ladder seal
    – stainless steel screws
    – self-adhesive seal for the glass retaining bars
    – double-sided heat-resistant tape

    Included in the option for Steel Door – Double:

    – x2 glass pane
    – a length of pre-cut and joined glass ladder seal
    – stainless steel screws
    – self-adhesive seal for the glass retaining bars
    – double-sided heat-resistant tape

    Included in the option for Cast Door:

    – x1 glass pane

    1.  Dispatch times

    We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days, except over our two holiday periods every year, when we are not fully staffed. We will do our very best to meet these dates if items are in stock. Our holiday dates will be advertised well in advance, usually during early August and late December. Our last order date for pre Christmas deliveries is usually close to the 15th December.

    2.  Shipping costs

    We ship within the UK only. Shipping costs are calculated automatically for you depending on weight and postal area. You may be offered different shipping options depending on your postcode  and the parcel weight. Paint aerosols have particular shipping requirements and cost slightly more to ship.

    3. Returns

    If there is any problem with a product  please contact us by phone or email. If an item needs to be returned, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Items must be returned within 21 days of delivery.
