1. Dispatch times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working day, except over our two holiday periods every year, when we are not fully staffed. These dates will be advertised well in advance, usually during early August and late December. Our last order date for pre Christmas deliveries is 15^thDecember.

2. Shipping costs

We ship within the UK only. Shipping costs are calculated automatically for you depending on weight and postal area. Paint aerosols have particular shipping requirements and cost slightly more to ship.

3. Returns

If there is any problem with a product please contact us by phone or email. If an item needs to be returned, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Items must be returned within 21 days of delivery.
