    Christmas has arrived here at Chilli Penguin!

    We have teamed up with Welsh Otter, a UK business based in Tenby who uses natural lambswool in all her products.

    ‘Red Kite/Barcud’ is a festive rusty red, like the feathers on the national bird of Wales, the Red Kite. It features a stunning geometric design based on the traditional and iconic Caernarfon pattern.

    ‘Pine/Pinwydd’ is a dark Christmassy green, like the needles on a Christmas tree, or ivy leaves. It features a stunning geometric design based on the traditional and iconic Caernarfon pattern.

    This stocking is luxurious and thick, and is a good generous size for ample presents!

    • Knitted using the highest quality lambswool yarn
    • Lined around the top with soft teddy fleece

    • Each stocking is carefully handmade

    1.  Dispatch times

    We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days, except over our two holiday periods every year, when we are not fully staffed. We will do our very best to meet these dates if items are in stock. Our holiday dates will be advertised well in advance, usually during early August and late December. Our last order date for pre Christmas deliveries is usually close to the 15th December.

    2.  Shipping costs

    We ship within the UK only. Shipping costs are calculated automatically for you depending on weight and postal area. You may be offered different shipping options depending on your postcode  and the parcel weight. Paint aerosols have particular shipping requirements and cost slightly more to ship.

    3. Returns

    If there is any problem with a product  please contact us by phone or email. If an item needs to be returned, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Items must be returned within 21 days of delivery.
