Description

Place the cast iron wax melter on top of the stove, making sure it is stable and won’t tip over. Place a wax melt into the cast iron wax melter. The stoves heat will melt the wax, releasing fragrance into the room.

Why not take a look at our soy wax melts for use in the melter.

IF THE WAX IS SMOKING – use heat-proof gloves to carefully remove the cast iron melter away from the wood burner. Place on a heat-proof surface to cool down, taking care not to spill the wax. Not suitable for more than 4 hours continuous use.

CAUTION: If wax is heated to very high temperatures, it passes its ‘flash point’ at which it will set alight if exposed to a naked flame/spark.

MAKE SURE THERE ARE NO IGNITION SOURCES/NAKED FLAMES NEAR BY. DO NOT USE ON EXTREMELY HOT SURFACES. NEVER LEAVE UNATTENDED.

1. Dispatch times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days, except over our two holiday periods every year, when we are not fully staffed. We will do our very best to meet these dates if items are in stock. Our holiday dates will be advertised well in advance, usually during early August and late December. Our last order date for pre Christmas deliveries is usually close to the 15^thDecember.

2. Shipping costs

We ship within the UK only. Shipping costs are calculated automatically for you depending on weight and postal area. You may be offered different shipping options depending on your postcode and the parcel weight. Paint aerosols have particular shipping requirements and cost slightly more to ship.

3. Returns

If there is any problem with a product please contact us by phone or email. If an item needs to be returned, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Items must be returned within 21 days of delivery.
